if you look at your drawing in a mirror you will notice mistakes right away........
I like the care of the general feel of the portrait.The b/w focus has added well to that feel and has given it more depth.
Idea: maybe you could make the rose the colour it is and leave the rest of the scene b/w,just an idea.
